Reviews Schedule

This Reviews Schedule (the "Schedule") supplements the You Got A Site Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies when you purchase or use the Reviews add-on. It is incorporated into the Terms when you buy the add-on. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. If this Schedule conflicts with the Terms for the Reviews add-on, this Schedule controls for that add-on.

We help you solicit genuine reviews from your real customers. We do not manufacture reviews, and you must not ask us — or anyone — to.

1. What we do

The Reviews add-on helps you request and manage reviews from your real customers — for example by sending review invitations and surfacing links to your listing. We facilitate outreach; the reviews are written by your customers.

2. You must follow the platform’s review policies

You are responsible for complying with the policies of each review platform (including Google) and applicable law. You will not, and will not ask us to, create fake reviews, post reviews for people who are not genuine customers, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or use gated review requests — soliciting or filtering so that only positive reviewers are directed to post publicly while negative feedback is diverted privately. Prohibited practices can result in removed reviews or penalties by the platform, which are your responsibility.

3. FTC disclosure is your responsibility

If you ever provide anything of value in connection with a review or use testimonials or endorsements, you are responsible for making the disclosures required by the FTC’s endorsement guides and applicable law. Those disclosure obligations are yours, not ours.

4. We don’t post on your behalf without authorization

We do not write, submit, edit, or respond to reviews on your behalf without your authorization. Where you authorize us to help respond, you remain responsible for the content of the response.

5. No guarantee of volume or rating

We give NO guarantee of the number of reviews you will receive, your average rating, or any improvement, and we do not control whether a platform publishes, filters, or removes a review. All disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms apply to this add-on.
