This Professional Email Schedule (the "Schedule") supplements the You Got A Site Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies when you purchase or use the Professional Email add-on. It is incorporated into the Terms when you buy the add-on. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. If this Schedule conflicts with the Terms for the Professional Email add-on, this Schedule controls for that add-on.
Professional Email is provisioned on your own domain through a third-party email provider we select and configure on your behalf.
The Professional Email add-on provisions and configures one or more mailboxes on your custom domain, using a third-party email provider we select. Provisioning depends on correct domain and DNS configuration and on the provider’s onboarding, and may take time to complete and propagate.
Whether a message is delivered, and whether it lands in the inbox or a spam/junk folder, is determined by receiving mail servers, spam filters, blocklists, and the provider — all outside our control. We give no guarantee of deliverability, inbox placement, uptime, storage, or that any message will be sent or received. Sender reputation depends heavily on how you use the mailbox.
You will use the email service lawfully and will not send spam, bulk unsolicited email, phishing, malware, or any unlawful, deceptive, or infringing message, and will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and other applicable anti-spam and privacy laws and the provider’s acceptable-use policy. You are responsible for all use of your mailboxes and for maintaining your credentials.
You authorize us to create and modify DNS records on your domain (including MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and related records) as needed to provision and operate the email service. Changing these records may affect other mail or services on the domain; you are responsible for coordinating any conflicting mail configuration.
The email service is provided through a third-party provider, and your use is subject to that provider’s terms and acceptable-use and privacy policies in addition to the Terms. We are not responsible for the provider’s acts, outages, changes, or discontinuation of service.
We or the provider may suspend, rate-limit, or terminate the email service, in whole or in part, with or without notice, for suspected spam, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of this Schedule, the Terms, or the provider’s policies. All disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms apply to this add-on.
