This Direct Mail Schedule (the "Schedule") supplements the You Got A Site Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies when you purchase or use the Direct Mail (Postcards) add-on. It is incorporated into the Terms when you buy the add-on. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. If this Schedule conflicts with the Terms for the Direct Mail add-on, this Schedule controls for that add-on.
Mail is produced and sent through our third-party print and mail partner. This Schedule sets out who authorizes and pays for each piece, and what we do and do not guarantee about delivery.
The Direct Mail add-on prints and sends physical postcards or mailers on your behalf through our third-party print and mail partner (Lob) and the postal carrier. Your use is also subject to the partner’s and carrier’s terms and policies.
By starting a campaign you authorize us to print and mail the pieces you configure and to charge you the applicable per piece and per-campaign fees, including postage, disclosed before the send. Once a piece is submitted to production it generally cannot be cancelled, and amounts for produced or mailed pieces are non-refundable except as required by law.
We give no guarantee of delivery, delivery timing, or that any recipient will receive, read, or respond to a mailing. Delivery depends on the carrier and on the accuracy of the addresses, both outside our control. Undeliverable or returned mail is not refunded.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your mailing list and addresses and for the content of your mailings, and for ensuring both comply with applicable law — including the CAN-SPAM Act to the extent it applies, state mailing and advertising rules, and any rules governing your industry. You represent you have the right to mail to the recipients on your list.
You are responsible for honoring recipient opt-out and do-not-mail requests and for maintaining suppression of anyone who has opted out, as required by law. You will not use the add-on for unlawful, deceptive, or harassing mail. All disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms apply to this add-on, and you will indemnify us for claims arising from your mailings as provided in the Terms.
