This Local SEO Schedule (the "Schedule") supplements the You Got A Site Terms of Service (the "Terms") and applies when you purchase or use the Local SEO add-on. It is incorporated into the Terms when you buy the add-on. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms. If this Schedule conflicts with the Terms for the Local SEO add-on, this Schedule controls for that add-on.
The Local SEO add-on is search-visibility work performed on your behalf. It is a service, not a guarantee of outcomes: search rankings and results depend heavily on third parties outside our control.
The Local SEO add-on is a monthly service in which we perform search-visibility work for your business — which may include optimizing your Google Business Profile and Site, managing listings and citations, and related on-page and local-search tasks — and provide you a periodic report of the work performed and available metrics. The specific tasks are at our reasonable discretion and may change over time.
Search rankings, map placement, impressions, calls, and traffic are determined by Google and other third parties using algorithms and criteria outside our control. We give NO guarantee of any particular ranking, position, ranking improvement, lead volume, traffic, or business result, and no representation that any result achieved will be maintained. Anyone who guarantees a #1 ranking on Google is not being truthful; we do not.
The service depends on third-party platforms (including Google, Google Business Profile, and other search engines and directories) whose policies, algorithms, features, and availability may change, be suspended, or be withdrawn at any time. We are not responsible for any third-party action — including a suspended, merged, or de-ranked listing — or for changes in ranking factors, and such events are not a breach of this Schedule.
The Local SEO add-on carries a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee, disclosed at purchase. The setup fee covers onboarding and initial optimization work and, once that work has begun, is non-refundable except as required by law. Monthly fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You must grant and maintain the access we need to perform the service, including manager or equivalent access to your Google Business Profile and any other accounts reasonably required. You represent that you are authorized to grant that access. If you revoke or fail to provide required access, we may be unable to perform the service, and this does not entitle you to a refund or relieve you of fees for the period.
You may cancel the Local SEO add-on at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and work stops at that point. Setup fees and fees for the current period are not refunded on cancellation. All disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms apply to this add-on.
